1. Mute people or topics on Twitter.

So what you can you do to get rid of this blue tick, just go on the settings > Click on “account” > And then click on “Privacy” Just toggle read receipts off.

You want to seem confident, Resilient and a great individual when you’re on Instagram. But sometimes when you get fewer likes, it is generally a source of anxiety and sometimes even sadness. Maybe you don’t care about your like counts, but you know someone out there does. So what you can do is just click on the three dots on top of your post, And then just click on “hide like count”, voila, Now no one can see your like count, not even yourself.

What this does is, It just shows some username and others besides your post like count, But just keep in mind that anyone can Click on others and see the entire list of people who liked your post.


4. Get rid of those irritating people on LinkedIn.

You know you have a connection with someone on LinkedIn and you feel like you don’t want to see their posts? Maybe They’re annoying or maybe they just brag a lot? Yeah, this is a feature that not a lot of people use on LinkedIn, You can just click on the top right three dots of the posts of the person you don’t want to see anymore on your feed and click on unfollow. What this does is You unfollow them on LinkedIn while still Staying as a connection. You could just be best friends for all you know. Unfollowing someone does not notify them, but they can check their followers and see your name missing.

You know ’cause that annoying feeling when you’ve spent like 5 hours of your day just scrolling Through random short videos? Well, you can limit yourself from doing that. Well, TikTok does not give this feature built into their app (Of course they want more view time.) You could just do this through the Digital Wellbeing setting on your phone both on iOS and Android. (If you feel like you cannot find it, you could just type it in on the search bar)


6. Become invisible On Messenger.

Do you know that little green dot that pops right beside your profile picture when you’re on Messenger or Facebook? That indicates to other people that you are active on the app and you are available to contact. But sometimes you just don’t want people to contact you. So what you can do is, Just go on your Messenger app > Click on your profile picture on the top left > And then just click on active status and then toggle it off.


7. Control yourself by stopping pesky notifications.

Sometimes there’s just a new notification that pops up and you see it. You’re just drawn to the content you just click on it. You just go in the app and then you just spend many hours on it, wasting your time and you don’t want that. Well, you can do it. You could just go on your phone settings and then there should be notification controls, He could just click on the necessary apps that you want the notifications from, And deactivate the apps that you feel like will distract you. (Don’t stop emergency notifications or notifications that you think are very important, That might cause some trouble)
