Valve increasing Steam Deck shipments, get ready to get it.

Remember when the Steam Deck went on sale at the end of February? Well, now Valve has just emailed reservation holders Every week to tell them if they can purchase their steam deck. Well, a lot of people have been patiently waiting to get their hands on this gadget But it seems like Valve is working to make the wait shorter for a lot of people.

Valve says that they are going to be ranking up shipments, the company did not specify just by how much, but they did promise that they would start sending more order availability emails every week.

Also, Valve has taken steps to make it a lot clearer for people to understand what Q2 and Q3 mean in terms of months. So the product page now says that if you would place a reservation today, you would get the gadget sometime in October 2022. (They’re trying to get the units to customers more quickly)

Welcome to Q2! We've just sent out the first set of order emails to Q2 reservers (in order of reservation time). Starting today we're ramping up Steam Deck shipments, and will be sending more order availability emails every week.
