This urban electronic vehicle is the result of a team-up with Foxconn. Well, Fisker is now ready to share more about their Project PEAR, They have now started taking reservations for the car Which is reportedly going to be sitting at least five passengers So that means we are expecting a hatchback.

Well, this car is going to be starting at $29,900 (Before taxes and other stuff) That’s a lot less than what Tesla originally planned. The Tesla Model 3 to be at $35,000, It’s also cheaper than the $37,499 price of the Ocean SUV.

If you are interested in this car, you will have to place a $250 deposit and wait till 2024 to receive your car, but it is tempting that you are not willing to wait for Tesla’s $25,000 car as Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that the budget car is not a priority for them for now at least.

This car is called the Pear (Personal Electric Automotive Revolution) And this car is made possible by the collaboration between Fisker and Foxconn. Fisker has not released a lot of details about this car, besides Promising that this car will be having a lot more sporty characteristics and a very intuitive interface, smart storage, and a focus on industry first and we don’t know what those “firsts” mean. Currently, this car will be made in Ohio with a production rate of at least 250,000 vehicles per year.

Fisker’s Ocean SUV

There are a lot of risks involved in making this car, as the company doesn’t start delivering and producing the Ocean SUV until November 2022. It’s still not clear if that initial model will be good enough to justify the production of this budget car. Although there are a lot of risks involved if they pull this off, they will become good competitors to Tesla, as cheaper cars out there make it easier for normal people to get their hands on eaves, and it’s really good for companies too to mass-produce.
