PlayStation now owns Bungie, competition heating up.

The PlayStation brand is about to become a big legendary name in the gaming space aside from Microsoft. Also, if you didn’t hear Microsoft just Bought out Activision Blizzard, and with that Microsoft’s Xbox does have the potential for Call of Duty and other legendary games to become Xbox exclusive. Also, Sony, the Parent company of PlayStation, is now acquiring Halo and Destiny creator Bungie for $3.6 billion. We speculate that this is a Counterstrike To Microsoft after they revealed their plan to acquire the Call of Duty and Overwatch publisher “Activision Blizzard” In a $68.7 billion deal. These changes are making a major shift in the entire industry and making Microsoft and Sony part of the largest companies out there in the gaming industry.

So what does this mean? This means that Now these two games, both Destiny and Hello, could become PlayStation exclusive games. We are not sure yet though, because Call of Duty publisher Activision Blizzard did say in a public statement that they were not making their games exclusively for Xbox, Bungie could take the same Step too.

The first two Halo games or one of the best groundbreaking works of interactive entertainment basically mapped out many of the rules and concepts that ruled the FPS game genre today. Destiny was also another game that was a major hit when it came out in 2014. Bungie has become an industry-leading FPS expertise game publisher, They have been immensely successful with other groundbreaking viral games like World of Warcraft and Borderlands.

Bungie is one of these games studios that deliver Some of the best games in the FPS genre in the entire gaming industry, There are other companies too, of course, but Bungie is one Great company and Sony did do this for a reason.

So what is the reason? Well, there has been an absence of a lot of FPS titles in the PlayStation Library, Sony wanted to change that because they knew the potential of these games.

Well, we can see Sony and Microsoft going head-to-head in the gaming industry in the coming years. As these are the two main leaders right now, We look forward to seeing more competition and we just hope None of these Companies buy out each other. (Competition is a good thing and creates innovation)
