To stop the constant irritating buzz of the alarm, you have to get up and stand on the mat, well this is genius, this will really help you wake up if you don’t normally. This also costs a bit much for anyone normal so it probably isn’t for you.

You can also use an NFC alarm (we’d highly recommend you check if your phone supports NFC), with an NFC tag that you can get for pretty cheap, you can get a free app called “Far Away NFC”, you can download it on your phone and in the morning, when the alarm on your phone rings, you won’t be able to stop it until you get up and scan the NFC Tag, this will always make sure you wake up in the morning. (This is pretty useful)

This is a free app called”Challenge Alarm” that you can get on your phone (and the most easy, quick, simple and reliable way out of the bunch). This app gives you an option to pick a time and pick a challenge that you think would certianly wake you up, there’s challenges like Taking a photo of something, solving riddles, selecting tiles or even maths problems for you to solve. The trick is to basically apply some form of pressure (either to physically stand up and snap a photo of something or mental like solving a math problem), this one could really be a good thing for you to use if you have trouble waking up in the morning!
