Twitch streamers will now get a lot more money incentives on the platform



A lot more Twitch streamers out there will now get invites to join the ads incentive program on Twitch. The company is opening up this opportunity for more partners than they’ve ever had.

Also, which will now stop paying streamers in the program using a fixed CPM structure, but instead it will use a percentage-based revenue share model to increase ad payouts. When the company launched this service in February, they promised creators of a flat payout every month based on the hours they would stream and they asked if they would serve every hour.

The idea behind this flat payout is to eliminate the guesswork for creators who would rather know how much they would earn for the month. And with this new model, creators will get 55% of their revenue from every advertisement that runs on their stream. Twitch says that that will represent a 50 to 150% increase in the Ad pay rate for a big majority of creators on the platform right now.

While this rollout really will bring a lot more partners to the program, you do have to realize that there are a very demanding set of requirements into the fold and smaller streamers will also be able to benefit from the higher revenue structures soon.
