There have been so many memes out there, So many people on the Internet trolling EA For not introducing a new addition to the Grand Theft Auto Series. Grand Theft Auto 5 is still the latest entry in the GTA series launched way back in 2013. Well, rumors did point at a new GTA game in the works for a while now. We now have an official Hint from the company that makes it.

In a recent post that detailed new improvements for the GTA5 on the Xbox series & the PlayStation 5, Rockstar went to acknowledge the interest around a GTA 5 successor, and they did confirm that the new game, GTA 6 is currently in development.

In the blog post, Rockstar did address the fact that many of the people have been asking for a new entry in the Grand Theft Auto series, They said that with every new project, their goal is to always significantly move beyond what they have previously delivered And that seems very true considering the jump in the graphics quality from GTA 4 to GTA 5. They then added that they were pleased to confirm the active development for the next entry in the series.

They said that they look forward to sharing more news as they are getting ready so you can stay tuned For updates regarding that, there is still no trailer or release date or anything else, Although there is no video or any other trailer kind of thing available, it is still very good to hear from Rockstar that there is going to be a new GTA game coming soon.
