DJI Matrice 300 RTK- The Inspector.

We’re talking about the DJI Matrice 300 RTK. It’s DJI’s outdoor inspection camera to film drone stuff but with better camera hooked up to it for stuff like serving protection to military bases. It is the holy grail of commercial drones.

The DJI Matrice 300 RTK is a machine that has a lot of applications. DJI’s best obstacle avoidance and aerial awareness tools are included in this platform, making it one of the safest machines in the sky. RTK GPS capability, along with Airsense ADS-B tech and a bunch of Smart tools, too. This drone has a solid fight time of 55 minutes, a 4K 30 FPS camera equipped and 51.5 MPH Top speed and a range of 9.3 miles. It is undoubtedly a great flying camera.

The new Ocusync Enterprise offers range up to 15KM, that’s almost 10 miles. It also has triple-channel 1080p video transmission. That’s one signal to the remote, one to a dedicated recorder and one to flight command or the news truck, or whatever receiver you need.

The DJI M300 frame is water-resistant. not waterproof. This means the DJI M300 frames can be flown in light rain. There’s no other way to say it, these new TB60 batteries for the M300 are huge. Weighing in at 3lbs a piece, the TB60s are like bricks! The M300 RTK requires two of the TB60 batteries, adding 6lbs to the aircraft’s weight, which is significant when you compare the TB55s, which are a hair under 2lbs.

The M300 has a lower pitch with the larger props and bigger motors. The M300 flew in a similar manner. It’s very docile, silky smooth, and does a nice job. We feel its flight performance is a nice improvement over the M200.

The Matrice 300 RTK is an awesome drone and is a hell of a beast. Capable of handling whatever comes it’s way. Awesome drone, awesome camera. By the way this beast costs nearly $6000-$7000
