Ever wish you could seamlessly keep going on with your work meeting while you left for home in your car? If not, you are in luck because you are now getting that option regardless. Cisco just released a new feature called Seamless Transition, which will be helping you continue Webex meetings on your iPhone directly through Carplay.

List feature will help you say in the meeting directly through the car screen and you will be able to move a call from your desktop to your iPhone by scanning a QR code. While CarPlay will then be able to continue the meeting the moment you plug your iPhone into the car.

This update was due in August and it will basically give you the option to listen to historical Webex recordings, and you’ll also be able to catch up on a meeting you missed while you are stuck in traffic. Basically. In other words, wherever you were listening to the meeting, you’ll see your schedule after the call is over and you will also be able to join a meeting directly from CarPlay if you’re running late. There are practical advantages to these updates as if you are a remote worker or you’ll be able to run errands instead of being locked with your PC.
