Google Maps will let users know how much they have to pay for tolls now

Google Maps already has a pretty great feature that allows users to avoid toll roads, but now the company will now let users know just how much they will have to pay if they take those quicker routes with the tolls.

Google has enabled its previously promised hold pricing on maps for Android and iOS, and you will be able to check the route options before you navigate, and you’ll also get an estimated cost based on where you’re traveling to.

You can also ask Google Maps to show prices with or without toll passes, and the app will still let you avoid toll roads whenever possible. The prices should be available for more than 2000 toll roads in the United States, India, Indonesia, and Japan With more countries coming soon. This isn’t really the most comprehensive feature at first, but it really will help users with saving money or time on a lengthy trip, and it’s really pretty neat as we have never ever seen a feature like this introduced to any mapping software ever before.
