Apple just accused the company of stealing their trade secrets as they claim that Rivos [A stealth mode startup based out of Mountain View, CA that recently poached employees from Apple’s chip design division] Apple alleges that two former employees took away many gigs of confidential data to Rivos. Among the stolen information, the individuals also stole presentations detailing unreleased chip designs. [OK, yeah, this is spicy]

Apple’s complaint states: “Apple has reason to believe that Rivos instructed at least some Apple employees to download and install apps for encrypted communications (e.g., the Signal app) before communicating with them further”
This case is going to be drawing a very huge amount of attention from the public, just the way it did when Waymo struck a lawsuit with Uber about stealing self-driving tech in 2017.
