For a while now, Instagram has allowed users to pin their favorite stories to the top of their profile in the form of highlights as a way to save them beyond the expiry date of 24 hours they have. Well, Instagram is soon probably going to be doing the same with posts. [Feed posts] Instagram recently began testing a feature allowing users to highlight specific posts above their photo grid.

The evidence the company was considering a way to add regular posts pinned was first spotted by January. A lot of other social media networks currently allow you to pin your favorite posts just like Twitter and TikTok. So it was destined to be available on Instagram.
