Tweetdeck is a version of Twitter that is very much loved by a lot of people out there, including journalists, social media professionals, and a lot of other users, including ourselves. But The thing is, Tweetdeck could soon become a paid app as a new version of Tweetdeck redirects to the Twitter Blue subscription sign-up page.

Tweetdeck could become a paid service with the new version completely rebuilt with the parts from the new Twitter app. Although there could be a legacy version that could still be free. Twitter did launch its Twitter blue subscription last November (For $2.99 per month) Twitter was criticized for a lot of features that were kept behind a paywall and users also said that the subscription did not offer enough.
Twitter, although has been testing a lot of new versions of Tweetdeck since last year, with significant changes like a full tweet composer, new advanced search features, new column types, and a new way to group columns into clean workspaces. This movie makes sense as a lot of people use Tweetdeck as it does let users bypass ads. Adding Tweetdeck to Twitter blue would help the company monetize it and offer a true ad-free experience.
