From now on, you don’t have to panic anymore when you miss an important meeting as Otter is updating their collaboration tool with an automatic outline feature which is currently in beta, this feature uses an AI-based assistant to automatically create a meeting summary you’ll also get what was said without having to listen to anything.

This new version will also make it easier to translate meetings into real-world decisions as Otter is introducing a “meeting gems” panel that will create to-do lists and highlight crucial moments by highlighting segments from the notes.
You can also use the Otter Assistant tool to quickly add lights or any other presentation images to your notes, you can also join meetings directly from the calendar panel. This artificial intelligence feature will tempt you to skip less than essential meetings.
