If you’re one of those people who keep their browser tabs open when you use your phone, you probably have a feeling when you close every tab and you sometimes realize you’ve closed a must-have link.

Sometimes you just close it all, but Google Chrome has brought out a new feature that is useful for people like you (If you are one) This feature will allow you to think about closing all the tabs one last time.

You won’t have these kinds of panic attacks going forward, at least. Take those and Android police. Have noticed that the Canary Channel version of Chrome 100 for Android adds a setting flag. It is a dialogue box that asks for confirmation when you try to close every tab at once.

Chrome on the desktop will let you close all the tabs in a window by getting rid of that window, but it’s overall harder to accidentally wipe out your tab collection on Android. It is very easy and you can just tap on close all the tabs so it is normal for anyone to tap on it by mistake the fact that Google there are dialog boxes in the coming version of Chrome is a really good thing and will help out the user a lot.

Canary builds are very unstable, so you may want to wait for a bit of version or a polished release of the new Chrome update, and it’s also very unclear how soon Google might be adding the flag into regular settings or enable it by default. We hope this feature survives through feature releases And gets to us pretty quickly.
