Here’s why Netflix prices are constantly being cranked up.

With each year passing by, we normally are seeing the cost of streaming services are getting more and more expensive. These prices are at a constant hike in last week, Netflix announced that all of their tiers would get a price hike for the new subscribers.

Boosting their most expensive plan to up to $20.

Every new year we are seeing a very steady price hike with these streaming services that are coming out. It seems like every streaming service is getting more and more expensive with the day. This is imminent in can be seen with a price hike last week by Netflix. They announced that all of their tiers would get a price hike, So their most expensive plan now is up to $20. Well, that seems like a lot.

At $15.50 a month Their standard tier, now outprices HBO Max. Also, our pricing is the Disney bundle which includes ESPN and Hulu for $14.00 per month. With this price hike and being more expensive than most other streaming platforms, it seems like it is the most expensive on-demand streaming option among these leading services right now.

While this price hike is a big stink for customers, it is safe to expect Netflix to increase its prices in the future. Well, technically they will keep on increasing this price because Netflix is not growing right now, They’re basically at a standstill and are not Growing or increasing their profits any day While having a lot to spend on. So to survive right now, Netflix has to either get more subscribers paying for their service or ask their current customers to pay up more money. Well, they certainly will lose some subscribers with this price hike because there are better-competing services and people can switch anytime. (Except for the people hooked with series exclusively on Netflix, And that is why they know they can increase prices right now)

Also, another big reason They are increasing the price for their service is that they have to pay for new shows and movies. Netflix is the third-largest investor and video content surpassed by Disney and Comcast. So that seems like why they are increasing prices right now.

And it very much seems like there is not going to be any price Decrease in the coming times. It is only going Up steadily. Well, we don’t know what the outcome of this decision will be. They probably could go very much wrong with this as this is a very risky thing to do.
