About “Nothing”

Anyways, first off, whats special about the brand “Nothing” is that it’s related to Oneplus. OnePlus Technology Co. Ltd. is a Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer headquartered in Shenzhen, they’re pretty global and are huge smartphone manufacturers, they’re mostly known for their Flagship Phones like the OnePlus 8 and their Budget Lineup called the Nord . You know the guy who started Oneplus, and was a CEO at the tech firm?

Yeah,  This Guy. He’s Carl Pei,he was the one who founded OnePlus along with Pete Lau, but he left the tech firm last year, According to rumours and the buzz, Carl Pei left OnePlus due to the reason he wasn’t happy where the brand OnePlus was heading towards.

So, what the Guy did was, he made a different brand altogether, he then made a brand called “Nothing”. You might have otten the hint via the company logo on the start of the Article and all the media and PR attention that the brand has been getting, this lead to all the hype on twitter and other social platforms.

Carl Pei spent nearly 9 months teasing the Nothing Ear (1)s slowly and steadily, and with all that determination we sure know that he knew, it was going to be successful. They said their mission is extreme minimalism, and create tech that disappears, they meant dissapearing in the sense that it disappears with what you do and your daily thing altogeher, that could be a reason why their earbuds are so light and clean(design) *more about that later.

Carl Pei then opened all investment opportunities to his “fans” and people who liked the idea of the brand, even before anyone knew what product they even anounced. The Brand then got a lot of people to invest in them, there were people like Casey Neistat, Kevin Lin (the CEO and Co-Founder of Twitch)

All of this then led to the arrival of the Nothing Ear (1), it wasn’t much of a complicated story if you think about it. Heading over about the product.
