Google Photos Makes it Easier to Remove Unwanted Faces from Memories

Have you ever come across a photo in Google Photos’ Memories section that you’d rather not see? Maybe it’s an old photo from a past relationship, or a picture of someone you’d rather not be reminded of. Whatever the reason, Google Photos is making it easier than ever to remove unwanted faces from your Memories.

In the past, if you wanted to hide someone from Memories, you had to go into your settings and preferences. But with a new update, you’ll soon be able to do this directly from a person’s face group. This means that you’ll be able to quickly and easily hide someone’s face from Memories, without having to dig through your settings.

There are two options for hiding someone’s face from Memories. You can either block the face entirely, or you can choose to show less of the person. Choosing to show less of the person means that their face will not be shown in Memories unless they are in a group photo.

This new feature is a great way to take control of your Memories and make sure that they only include the photos that you want to see. It’s also a handy way to avoid any awkward encounters with past flames or unwanted acquaintances.

The update is expected to roll out in the coming weeks, so keep an eye out for it in your Google Photos app. In the meantime, you can still hide people from Memories by going into your settings and preferences.
