Twitter’s famous Chirp Developer Conference has been canceled

A representative for Twitter declined to comment on the cancellation’s cause. Just two weeks ago, invites for reporters to sign up for Chirp were sent out. At the time, a Twitter representative said, “Chirp is the first time we will bring our developer community from all over the world together in person to preview some new tools, discuss feedback, and celebrate the developers who are making it easier for users on Twitter to discover content, have safer conversations, and impact the greater good.”

The Chirp developer conference planned to be Twitter’s first in-person gathering since 2015. The future of Twitter’s plans for developers is still uncertain, just like many other areas of the firm under Musk.
