By availing any of the services offered by Xetarev, its associates, or affiliates, you acknowledge and agree to be governed by the version of the Service Policies that was in force at the commencement of your agreement—defined as the date of your first monetary or financial transaction with Xetarev or any of its associates or affiliates. If you wish to review the applicable Service Policies prior to initiating any transaction, you may refer to the version corresponding to the intended period of engagement.

If your agreement period falls beyond the scope of the Service Policies (2024 or older) you are then bound by the terms expressly stated in your written agreement.
