The previous year was a busy one for Apple, going through the Mac silicon transition which is still going on right now, this year the transition will be completed with the new devices they’re launching, that being said, here are all the products that Apple’s expected to launch this year!
iPhone 14
Apple will renew the iPhone series with the iPhone 14 and introduce four models. The devices are expected to be equipped with the A16 chipset and substantial changes in design overall.
The new devices will be better in the camera department this year, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max might also come with 48MP primary cameras, well which could be a good or a bad thing, cause smartphone photography heavily relies on software and the 48MP cameras might not be tuned enough, on the bright side, 48MP cameras allow you to capture 8K video, that might also be a thing, and considering the huge files in 4K ProRes, you might want to go with the 1 TB model because you’ll burn through the space in no time (literally).
Mac Pro
The introduction of Mac Pro with their M1 Pro and M1 Max chipsets. Apple will introduce new versions of the Mac Pro, these two devices might feature black bezels as these are the pro models and can also be equipped with M1 Pro and M1 Max chipsets with 20 or 40 computing cores and a 64-core to 128-core GPU.
MacBook Air
The MacBook Air will ditch the previous design and shift towards a design similar to the MacBook Pro, getting back closer to its roots. It might also be the first device to have the company’s M2 chipset.
iPad Pro
Apple will also reveal the new iPad Pro in two models– an 11-inch and the other in 12.9-inch. The device might have a glass back and a MagSafe like the current iPhone 12 and iPhone 13.
Apple Watch Series 8
The Apple Watch Series 8 will also be renewed with health features like glucose monitoring, temperature sensing, sleep detection, and more.
AirPods 2
The Apple AirPods Pro 2 is another device that will get a new design. Apple could ditch the stem and get a rounded design like the Samsung Buds.
AR/VR headset
Apple is expected to finally launch its AR/VR headset this year and it is expected to feature a design similar to the Oculus Quest virtual reality headset. The headset could come with 4K micro-OLED displays and over a dozen cameras for mapping. This is still in the rumor phase and no one’s sure enough that this product is truly going to be coming
