Blue Origin has just revealed their next New Shepherd crew flight. The NS 22 mission [Blue Origin’s 22nd overall launch] is going to be happening on August 4th, 2 months after their previous spaceflight. The launch window will be opening at 9:30 AM Eastern Time.

The company recently announced the passengers who will travel to the edge of space this time around with the 22nd crewed mission. Among the people who are going to be taking the magical experience to the brink of space will include engineer Sarah Sabry and entrepreneur Mario Ferraria [The first Egyptian and Portuguese people to visit space] Mountaineer Vanessa O’Brien will also become the first woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest, venture to the Challenger Deep [The deepest point in the ocean yet known] and cross the Karman line [The edge between Earth’s atmosphere and outer space.

The crew will also include Kobe cotton, the co-founder of the popular trick shot and comedy YouTube channel Dude Perfect, and Telecom’s executive Steve Young. The sixth passenger will include Clint Kelly III, who started the autonomous Land Vehicle project at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency in the 1980s. Blue Origin says that Kelly is credited with creating the technology-based that paved the way for modern self-driving vehicles, with business operations going in full swing for New Shepherd and Blue Origin as a company, it seems like space tourism is going to be becoming a very popular thing shortly with many people loving the experience.
