OK, so we back Apple employees wrote an open letter criticizing the hybrid work from home policy. Apple recently announced that requires employees to be at the office three days a week from May 23rd.

Well, that policy might probably come to an end as Apple is slowly realizing they made a mistake with it because Ian Goodfellow, Director of machine learning just left the company. Goodfellow was the most cited machine learning expert at Apple and considering they lost the guy, it seems that the best thing to do is to get back to their senses.
A group of Apple Staff members also opposed the return to office strategy and cited multiple arguments against it, saying that in-person collaboration isn’t needed often. Also saying that daily commute is a huge waste of time because of mental and physical resources.
It seems like Apple made a mistake by making the Apple Park right now. *Proceeds to laugh* But seriously, the group of Apple Staff members cited the hypocrisy the company had in the way they marketed their products, as well as told their customers how great their products are, while in reality, they don’t use them themselves.
