Remember how in 2010 Apple software engineer Gray Powell Left a prototype iPhone 4 in a bar in California accidentally? even before the official announcement, images of this new iPhone started showing up online. Well, the culture is still the same and we just got our first look at the Pixel Watch.
AndroidCentral shared the photos of Google’s long-rumored Pixel Watch, saying they got these images from someone who found their smartwatch at a restaurant in the US. Well, these photos confirm that the Pixel Watch is going to be featuring a circular watch face with minimal display bezels, you will also be able to see the band attaches directly to the case with a proprietary latch.
There’s a single button next to the watch crown and it looks like a microphone or altimeter port, on the back you’ll also be able to see an optical heart rate sensor. The watch wouldn’t go beyond the boot screen, so there aren’t any photos of it running WearOS 3 right now. According to Jon Prosser, Google is announcing this Pixel Watch on May 26th, at the Google IO event.

Call me crazy, but I think this is another different marketing tactic. Remember how the Pixel 6 series also got leaked the same way? It’s been the same with Samsung and many other major manufacturers on the market as they understand the hype around the word “Leaked”. This is possibly a marketing tactic & it kind of makes sense if you think about it.
