Google is updating its search results and news to now reduce misinformation being spread around the world as There are a lot of labels rapidly evolving topics including breaking news and viral videos out there, and Google News will now suggest checking later again for more details found in those news articles. In the United States, these labels are going live.
This will help you know if the information is true and legitimate, while also suggesting checking the date of the publication and searching the author’s name to find out if they are credible. They’re encouraging Google users to dig a little deeper to see if the story is true. And it is what they say it is.
