Apple has officially removed its long-running noise cancellation feature from the iPhone 13 series a while back.

After reaching out to the Apple Support team, they confirmed that the feature was no longer available in the iPhone 13 line. This feature won’t really be fixed, and noise cancellation is probably Intentionally disabled for these devices for unspecified reasons.

this cancellation feature aimed to reduce ambient background noise on phone calls when you were holding the receiver to your ear and was available for all the iPhone 13 predecessors.

We really don’t know why this step was taken, But some speculate that this was done so that they could make the upcoming iPhones more appealing.
