OnePlus has chosen to space out the details in small tabs. They released a teaser image that revealed the design of the phone and now they’re promoting the phone’s specs which come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, ultra-fast charging, and a 5000mAh battery.
Flagship Android phones in the US all tend to feature Qualcomm’s most powerful processor so we all know that it’s not that exciting. (Honestly, there’s no innovation and experimentation with cool devices in the market since LG left)
OnePlus is leaving out some details like the RAM, prices, and release dates. Here are the few specs they are revealing today:
- Processor: Snapdragon 8 Gen 1
- Rear camera: 48MP + 50 MP + 8MP, Dual OIS
- Front camera: 32MP
- Display: 120Hz “Fluid AMOLED with LTPP”
- Battery: 5,000mAh
- Wired charging: 80W SuperVOOC
- Wireless charging: 50W AirVOOC
- OS: OxygenOS 12
- Dimensions: 163 x 73.9 x 8.55mm
OnePlus is now also using Oppo’s branding for their fast-charging system. OnePlus used to have the same system using their own Warp Charge.
The speeds are ridiculously fast though. The dimensions say that the OnePlus 10 Pro is very large, almost like a Galaxy S21 Ultra. There have also been many rumors to fill the gaps. We’re expecting RAM options to either be 8GB or 12GB, with 128GB or 256GB of storage.
